A new window will now pop-up asking you where you would like to save the file to. Select the appropriate location and continue. This will download the file to your selected destination.
Apple's Safari browser automatically adds ".txt" to the file name of iPod video files when you download them. We are waiting for Apple to fix this problem. In the meantime please just delete the .txt from the filename after your download is completed and the file will work normally.

| Why does iTunes 6.0.1 tell me it will not sync to my new video iPod because it cannot play them? |
|
We encountered some incompatibilites with our early video formats which can cause syncing problems with some video iPods. If you experience this problem select the povPod.com podcast from in the podcast menu and select unsubscribe. This will not fully delete our podcasts. Now delete any of the videos you downloaded to remove them from your computer. Beside the povPod.com podcast link in your iTunes will now be a "subscribe" button. Click this button to re subscribe to our podcast. iTunes will now automatically download the new versions of our videos which will work with your iPod. Now just sync and go.

| Do the videos work on my iPod? |
Our videos work on the latest generation of iPod with video. These are also known as 5G iPods. You probably have a 5G ipod if you bought an iPod after mid-October 2005. The iPod shuffle and iPod nano do not support video playback.
